Parking spots are available for residents of Newberry Apartments. In order to obtain parking, a separate parking application and prepayment is required. Vehicles with valid parking stickers can park in any of our four resident parking lots. They are located at Newberry South, Newberry Central, and Newberry North. Motorcycles do not require parking permits but are limited to designated parking areas. For visitor parking, there are several public parking lots within three blocks of our buildings. To request routine maintenance please call the number above and leave a message with your building name and unit number, as well as the details of your maintenance issue. You can also put in a maintenance request via our resident portal. A member of our staff will promptly respond to you.
In the case of an emergency, please call the emergency maintenance line above. This line is accessible 24 hours a day, year round. Please do not use this line to report a non-emergency. Misuse of the Emergency Maintenance Line is a violation of your lease. Examples of emergency situations are:
